Blend together:
4 eggs
2 cups milk
1/2 t. salt
Add 1 1/2 cup flour and blend 20 seconds
Add 6 T. melted butter and blend to combine.
Heat pan and butter pan before each crepe. Pour batter onto pan and tilt pan to spread. When it bubbles, flip. Serve warm and top with sugar, cinnamon sugar, nutella, butter, jam, fruit or any other desired topping.
