Play Doh
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup salt
2 T. vegetable oil
2 T. cream of tartar
up to 1 cup of water (works better if boiling)
food coloring
Instructions:
Mix flour, salt and cream of tartar
Stir in vegetable oil
Mix food coloring into the water and stir
Add water little at a time to dry mixture and keep stirring
If it's too dry, add a little more water.
If it's too wet, add more flour.
Stir or knead until it's desired consistency.
**to make Chocolate play-doh, add 1/4 c. cocoa powder and an ext5a 1/2 T of oil if wanted.

Goop (NOT TO EAT)
Em's preschool makes this and both my kids love it.
Large Quantity:
Step 1:
2 cups white Elmer's Glue
2 cups hot water
Mix glue and water together
Step 2:
1 Tablespoon (20 Muleteam-Borax, found in grocery store laundry aisle)
1 cup hot water
Mix Borax and hot water together. Add to glue mixture.
Store in airtight container.
Single Portion:
1 t. borax
1/3 cup hot water
1/3 cup glue
