Fruit Crisp

 recipe from Gillian, originally from Simple Cooking Magazine

Ingredients: 
Pick seasonal fruit for middle.
2/3 cup flour
2/3 cup oats
3 TBSP light brown sugar
3 TBSP sugar
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1-1 1/4 teaspoons ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
5 TBSP unsalted melted butter

Instructions: 
Put fruit in ungreased 8X8 inch baking pan
Mix dry ingredients in medium bowl, with 2 forks or hand stir in butter until mixture is crumbly and then place on top of fruit and bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
