Honey Mustard Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:
1 cup spicy mustard
1 cup honey
1/4 cup rosemary - chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 lb pork tenderloin

Instructions:
Mix first 5 ingredients and rub on tenderloin.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Roast in oven at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes until meat is 150 degrees.
Remove from oven and let sit about 10 minutes. Temperature should rise to 160 degrees.
Slice and serve.
