1 cup flour
2-3 T. white sugar
2 t. baking powder
1/4 t. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 cup milk
2 T veg. oil
In a large bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Pour in milk, egg and oil and mix until smooth.
Heat a slightly oiled griddle or frying pan over med. high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using about 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
